The scheme offers an excellent training plan for new members of the administration team, and a good path to offer employees who wish to continue their professional development.&nbsp; The qualification is achieved by staff evidencing tasks that they are already completing, so aside from several observations and meetings with their Assessor, it doesn\u2019t take a lot of time away from their day to day tasks. This also means that we can be sure that their learning, and indeed qualification is valid to their job role\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>\u2013 Jan McCulloch, Practice Managing Partner, Barns Medical Practice<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The qualification is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Modern-Apprenticeship-Business-Admin-L5.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"539\">SCQF Level 5,<\/a> for junior administrators, <a href=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Modern-Apprenticeship-Business-Admin-L6.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"540\">SCQF Level 6<\/a> for administrators who have some responsibility within their workplace, and <a href=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Modern-Apprenticeship-Business-Admin-L8.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"541\">SCQF 8<\/a> for office supervisors and managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern Apprenticeships are funded by Skills Development Scotland so regardless of your employees age funding may be available. In some cases there may be a small Employer contribution to pay.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are self employed or unable to access MA funding for any reason, we offer delivery of the qualifications on a commercial basis.
