(SCQF 8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RT Resources can deliver both these Professional Development Awards remotely, or within the workplace (dependant on location). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The L&amp;D9i Qualification:<br>Professional Development Award Workplace Assessment Using Direct and Indirect Methods, consists of 4 areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparing to assess<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning assessments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessing candidate performance and knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirming progression and achievement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to be able to assess two candidates to achieve this Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The L&amp;D 11 Award: Internally Monitor and Maintain the Quality of Workplace Assessment is for assessor candidates that are verifiying qualification&#8217;s and consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparing to carry out internal quality assurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning internal quality assurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying out planned monitoring of the quality ofassessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing assessors with feedback, advice and support tohelp them maintain and improve their assessment practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting appropriate external quality assurance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need to be observed working with at least one other assessor in a verifier role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/chris-linden-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87\" style=\"width:150px;height:150px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/chris-linden-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/chris-linden-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/chris-linden-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/chris-linden-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/chris-linden-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI found learning about an individual\u2019s personal needs or circumstances, and the importance of how this is integrated into assessment, the most interesting. &nbsp;&nbsp;This qualification has most definitely improved my workplace practice.
