One inspiring example is the journey of Catriona Morgan who has worked at St Philips School for over sixteen years as a domestic supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has recently moved to an Administrator \/ Receptionist role and used the Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration at SCQF Level 6 as part of her development programme to make the transition. &nbsp;This transformation has not only enhanced Catriona\u2019s career prospects but also keeps valuable skills within the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1080 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1080\" controls src=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/St-Philips-MA-Week-2025.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Catriona\u2019s position involves a variety of responsibilities, including managing communications, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
