New ID Requirements"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>GQA have recently introduced a requirement for GQA Centres to obtain and hold evidence to prove the identity of candidates registered with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This applies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All learners registered for regulated GQA qualifications delivered by RT Resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All forms of assessment (internal, external, practical, online or written)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All staff involved in assessment, invigilation, enrolment, and quality assurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>RT Resources must ensure that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The individual undertaking an assessment is the same person who has been registered with the awarding organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learner identity is verified before the start of any assessment where identity has not been previously confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear and auditable records of identity checks are maintained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only valid, acceptable forms of ID are used for verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The process is applied fairly and consistently for all learners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acceptable Forms of Identification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Learners must present one of the following original, valid documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-55856f354b03191f1293cf5b47fd8806\"><strong>Primary photographic ID (preferred)- <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">ONE<\/mark> of the documents from the list below is deemed sufficient<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:31% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Untitled-design-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-592 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Untitled-design-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Untitled-design-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Untitled-design-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Untitled-design-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Untitled-design.png 1040w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passport (any nationality)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UK or EU\/EEA photocard driving licence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biometric residence permit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>National identity card (with photograph)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government-issued photographic ID card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If none of the primary photographic evidence listed above is available, then <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">TWO <\/mark>of the documents listed below must be checked and retained<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alternative photographic ID<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employer-issued photo ID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-photographic ID (only with an accompanying learner declaration or secondary check)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full birth certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UK bank card plus proof of address (utility bill, bank statement\u2014dated within last 3 months)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In order for R T Resources to meet these requirements, we now need individuals wishing to register with us to provide the above evidence along with their Application Form and a passport style head and shoulders photo against a plain, light coloured background. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please email these to <a href=\"mailto:ma@rtresources.co.uk\">ma@rtresources.co.uk<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"120\" src=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/footerlogos.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-508\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/footerlogos.png 800w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/footerlogos-300x45.png 300w, https:\/\/rtresources.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/footerlogos-768x115.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GQA have recently introduced a requirement for GQA Centres to obtain and hold evidence to prove the identity of candidates registered with them.
